Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit andersenlabs.org (the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because the Site collects very little.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Andersen Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Andersen Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

Andersen Labs LLC

What this policy covers

This policy covers andersenlabs.org only. It does not cover our products, which have their own websites and their own privacy policies:

  • RealTrainAI (realtrainai.com)
  • ACTA (actadaily.com)
  • Morning Bell (trymorningbell.com)

If you use one of those products, that product's privacy policy governs the information it collects, not this one.

The short version

  • The Site has no accounts, no logins, no forms, no newsletter, no payments, and no ads.
  • The Site itself does not set cookies.
  • Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, when your browser requests a page. This is how websites are delivered, secured, and kept running.
  • If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to reply.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Information we collect

Information collected automatically

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. ("Vercel"). Like nearly every website host, Vercel automatically processes request and diagnostic data when your browser loads a page. This can include:

  • your IP address, and a general location derived from it (such as country or city)
  • your browser type and version, operating system, and device type (the "user agent")
  • the pages you request and the date and time of each request
  • the referring URL (the page that linked you to the Site), if your browser provides it
  • error, performance, and other diagnostic logs

We do collect this diagnostic data, through our host, for the purposes described below. We do not use it to identify individual visitors or to build profiles about them.

Analytics and performance monitoring

The Site does not currently run visitor analytics. We may later turn on cookieless, privacy-focused analytics and performance tools provided by our host, such as Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. If we do, we will update this section. Those tools record information such as the page viewed, the referring site, your general location (country or region), browser, operating system, device type, and page loading speed.

Those tools do not use cookies. According to Vercel, Web Analytics counts visitors using a temporary value calculated from the incoming request that resets every 24 hours, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next or from one website to another. We would see this information only as aggregate statistics, such as how many people visited a page.

Information you send us

The Site has no contact form. If you choose to email us, we receive your name and email address as they appear on your message, along with anything you include in it, such as your question, attachments, or phone number. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • deliver the Site to your browser and keep it working
  • protect the Site and its hosting against attacks, abuse, fraud, and automated traffic
  • find and fix errors and performance problems
  • understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited so we can improve the Site
  • read and reply to your emails, and keep a record of our correspondence
  • comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not use advertising pixels, social media trackers, or third-party analytics cookies. Our fonts are served from our own Site, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit.

If our host's security systems detect suspicious traffic, such as during an attack, your browser may be asked to complete an automatic security check. Passing that check may place a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie in your browser so you are not checked again on every page. That cookie is used only to protect the Site, not to track you.

Tracking by third parties

We do not knowingly allow third parties, such as advertising or tracking networks, to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site. Our host processes request data to deliver and protect the Site, as described above, and any aggregate analytics we turn on are designed not to follow you across websites.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because the Site does not track visitors over time and across third-party websites, there is no tracking for a DNT signal to turn off, and the Site works the same way whether or not your browser sends one.

Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to request that your personal information not be sold or shared. We treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place, receiving a GPC signal does not change how the Site behaves.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. We use companies that help us run the Site and our email, including our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider (currently Google, through Gmail). They process information to provide their services to us. Vercel also processes some request data for its own purposes, such as securing its network, as described in Vercel's Privacy Notice.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law, a court order, a subpoena, or another legal process requires it, or that disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Andersen Labs, our visitors, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Andersen Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any recipient will be required to handle it consistently with this policy.
  • With your permission. We may share information when you ask us to or agree that we can.

Sale of personal information and your Nevada opt-out right

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (sometimes called targeted advertising). We have no plans to do either.

Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to tell a website operator not to sell their covered information. Even though we do not sell it, you may submit this request at any time. To do so, email lukeandersenlabs@gmail.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request" and include your name and the email address you have used to contact us, if any. We may ask for a small amount of additional information to confirm the request is genuine. We will respond within 60 days, as Nevada law requires, and will tell you if we need up to 30 more days.

How long we keep information

  • Host logs and diagnostic data are kept by our host for a limited period under its standard retention settings and are then deleted or overwritten.
  • Aggregate analytics, if we turn them on, are stored as statistics that do not identify you. The temporary value used to count visitors resets every 24 hours.
  • Emails you send us are kept for as long as we need them to respond, follow up, and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep them to comply with the law or to protect our legal rights.

How we protect information

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We use reputable service providers, limit who can access our accounts, and protect those accounts with strong authentication. No website, email system, or data transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a security concern, please email us.

Children's privacy

The Site is a general-audience business website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information, for example by email, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has contacted us, please email us and we will delete the information.

Your choices and requests

Because the Site has no accounts, the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is any email you have sent us. You may email lukeandersenlabs@gmail.com to:

  • ask whether we have personal information about you and request a copy
  • request that we correct or update it
  • request that we delete it
  • opt out of any sale of your personal information (see the Nevada section above)

We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any deadline set by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by replying to the email address connected to the information. We honor these requests for all visitors, wherever they live, to the extent we can verify them and the law allows. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

You also have choices in your browser. You can block or delete cookies, enable Global Privacy Control, or use content blockers. The Site will continue to work.

Links to other websites and our products

The Site links to our products and may link to other websites. Those sites are not covered by this policy. Our products, RealTrainAI, ACTA, and Morning Bell, each have their own privacy policy. Websites run by others have their own practices, and we are not responsible for them. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Visitors outside the United States

Andersen Labs is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States and in other places where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a material change, such as starting to collect new kinds of personal information or using it in a significantly different way, we will also post a notice on the Site's home page for at least 30 days. Because the Site has no accounts or mailing list, these posted notices are how we will tell you about changes, so please check this page from time to time.
